Alberta Junior Development Camp

The Alberta Target Archer's Association is introducing a new annual program called the Alberta Junior Development Camp (AJDC). The goal of this program is to help Alberta’s young and aspiring Archers come together once a year for a two day training camp that will be open to all archers 11-17 years that shot in the last Alberta Winter Games and any archer that has shot qualifying scores for their age group. (Which will be finalized at the next ATAA Exec. Meeting) We want to be able to help supplement the coaching that they are already receiving and maybe become a vehicle for them to compete at a National or International level one day.
We will be breaking the camp into 4 learning modules, plus a fun activity module, then finish off the camp with a 30 shot match that will kick off the selection process for the Alberta 2015 Canada Winter Games Team. Please review the information package for the Camp and feel free to contact me if you would like to get involved or if you have any questions at all.
The ATAA feels that we have a lot of great young talent here in Alberta that love archery and we should do as much as possible to help them out.
